We are a very mobile society, which means that there will be patients along the way who are in the midst of treatment and must transfer into or out of our practice. Know that we will work with you to help make that transition a smooth one.
For patients who are considering transferring in, we welcome you! We will do our very best to provide you with outstanding care. In addition to obtaining your previous orthodontic records, we will need to take new diagnostic records to determine the most appropriate roadmap for finishing your treatment with us.
